Made to order
All items are made to order and are expected to take 5-7 business days for the item to be shipped. You will be contacted if there is an expected delay.
Refunds and exchanges
Refunds and exchanges are given on the following conditions
1. The item does not fit
2. The item has not been damaged, worn or washed by the customer
3. The item is different to described or faulty
4. Refunds are requested before 30 days of the delivery date
Refunds will be sent back into the account that it was originally purchased from after the garment has been received and inspected.
Exchanges for another size, colour or item are accepted. Exchanges will be processed within 5-7 business days upon delivery of the original item. The customer will be contacted by email if there is a difference in cost.
To request a refund or exchange please email margotchauncy [!at] robinthelabel.com with the order details and the reason why wish to receive a refund or exchange. Return shipping will not be refunded unless the item is faulty, not as described or differs to the customers measurements that were supplied. It is advised that returned items are sent with tracking as robin does not take responsibility of lost packages.

Robin ships to Australia and selected locations. Individual quotes can be organised if you reside outside of the following locations..
All items are posted with tracking via Australia Post and delivers to:
Australia: Free standard shipping
New Zealand: $10.00
United States: $15.00
United Kingdom: $20.00
The following shipping upgrades are available:
Australia: Express post is $5.00
International: Express post is an extra $14.00.
Signature on delivery $5.00
Australian shipping- Australia post is delivered via e-parcel. It is delivered to your door to be signed for however if you are not there they will find a safe-drop and eave the parcel there or they may take it with them to collect at the post office for a signature upon collection if you ordered that as an upgrade to your shipping.
International shipping - The parcel is delivered via Australia post and when it arrives to another country it may be transferred to another postal service. You can track your order with the tracking number that we provide to you when it is shipped via the Australia post website or your national postage service website. Alternatively you can email me to track it for you to provide an updated delivery date.
Duties and Taxes- Please be aware that many countries outside of Australia may incur a duties or taxes fee upon arrival at customs. It is the customers responsibility to pay the duty or taxes fees applied by customs. If the customer refuses to pay the fees they will need to arrange for the parcel to be forwarded back to robin to receive a full refund of the order. Refunds will only be given once the order has arrived. For more information about the duties and taxes fees for your country, please contact your local customs office.
Payment methods are only by the credit card types as shown and Paypal. No other payments are accepted.
